The Problem
Most HubSpot training teaches the platform. It doesn't teach your team.
HubSpot Academy is free and thorough. It's also built for everyone — which means it's built for no one in particular. Your sales rep doesn't need to know how to configure a custom object. Your marketer doesn't need to know how to set up a developer sandbox. Generic training produces generic adoption. Your team walks away certified but not capable.
New hires get a HubSpot Academy login and a PDF. Six weeks later, they're still asking the same questions.
After a major HubSpot change — new pipeline, new automation, new property model — there's no formal training. The team guesses.
The same five questions get asked every week because no one received structured training on the actual portal your team uses.
Why It Happens
"People don't fail at HubSpot because they lack effort. They fail because they were trained on a different HubSpot than the one they use."
Your HubSpot portal is customized. Your pipelines, properties, workflows, and naming conventions are specific to your business. Generic training skips all of that — it teaches the defaults, not your configuration. Custom training starts where generic training stops: at the actual portal your team logs into every day.
What We Do
Training programs built for your portal, your team, your roles.
We design, build, and deliver HubSpot training that maps directly to how your business runs — role-specific, process-aligned, and built on your actual portal.
Live Group Training
Instructor-led sessions delivered via Zoom, built around your portal and your process. Q&A built in. Recorded for future hires.
Role-Specific Curricula
Separate tracks for sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. Each role learns what they need — nothing more, nothing less.
New Hire Onboarding
A structured onboarding program so every new team member gets the same foundation on day one. Reduces ramp time significantly.
Change Management Training
When you upgrade HubSpot, change your process, or migrate from another system, we train your team on the new way before they figure it out the hard way.
What You Get
A trained team that uses HubSpot the way it was designed to be used.
- Training needs assessment — what your team knows vs. what they need to know
- Custom curriculum design — role-based, process-aligned, built on your portal
- Live training sessions (recorded for future reference)
- Written SOPs for the workflows and processes covered in training
- Post-training knowledge check (we confirm what stuck)
- 30-day follow-up session — questions after the dust settles
- Training materials your team keeps and uses after we're done
How It Works
Designed for your team. Delivered to your calendar.
- 01
Needs Assessment
We interview your team leads and audit your portal to understand what your team currently does, what they struggle with, and what they need to master. This shapes the curriculum.
- 02
Curriculum Design
We build role-specific training curricula against your actual portal — your pipelines, your properties, your workflows. No generic screenshots.
- 03
Training Delivery
We deliver live sessions via Zoom, build in Q&A, and record everything. Async options available for distributed teams.
- 04
Reinforcement
SOPs, recordings, and a 30-day follow-up session ensure the training sticks. Most teams retain significantly more when there's a structured reinforcement plan.
What Changes
A team that uses HubSpot properly — from day one.
New hires ramp faster because they learn how your HubSpot works — not how a demo portal works.
The same questions stop getting asked because your team understands the system, not just the steps.
Adoption improves across the board because people use tools they understand — and your training is built around your portal.
Process changes get adopted faster when training happens at the point of change, not six months after rollout.
Common Questions
Frequently asked
How is this different from HubSpot Academy?
HubSpot Academy teaches the platform. We teach your team how to use your portal — your pipelines, your workflows, your naming conventions, your process. Those are different things.
Can you train a mixed team — sales, marketing, and CS together?
We can, but we usually recommend role-based tracks. Sales and marketing have very different jobs in HubSpot. Combined training often means 40% of the content is irrelevant for each group. We design what works for your structure.
What if our portal changes after training?
We include a 30-day follow-up session. For major changes, we recommend a refresher engagement. We also build SOPs that stay useful even when the portal evolves.
How long does a typical training program take?
A focused role-based training program runs 3–6 hours of live instruction over two to three sessions. Full-team programs with multiple roles run 8–12 hours depending on scope.
What does it cost?
Custom HubSpot training starts at $2,500 for a single-role program. Full-team programs with multiple roles and new hire onboarding run $5,000–$10,000. We scope after the needs assessment.
