The challenge
HubSpot Breeze is live in your portal. Your team is barely using it.
HubSpot turned on Breeze for everyone. The features are there — Copilot in the sidebar, Breeze Agents in the automation panel, Intelligence enriching your contacts. Most teams click around, get a generic result, and go back to what they were doing before. The tools aren't the problem. Configuration is.
- Copilot gives generic suggestions because it doesn't know your business context or tone
- Breeze Agents run on the wrong data because no one mapped them to your actual workflow triggers
- Intelligence enrichment is creating duplicates or filling wrong fields because the property mapping wasn't reviewed
- Your team doesn't know which Breeze features apply to their role — so nothing gets adopted
- Nobody owns AI adoption, so each team member uses it differently — or not at all
The root cause
AI tools fail when they're configured for a demo, not your business
HubSpot's default Breeze configuration is a starting point, not a finish line. Copilot's suggestions improve dramatically when it has context about your brand, your ICP, and your deal stages. Agents produce better output when they're triggered at the right point in your workflow.
Intelligence works when the enrichment fields match the properties your team actually uses. The technology works. The configuration is what makes it work for you.
Breeze unconfigured is a feature. Breeze configured is leverage.
The solution
We configure Breeze around your data, your workflow, and your team
We start with an AI readiness review — your current HubSpot data quality, your workflows, and which Breeze tools are already active. Then we configure each tool to your business: Copilot context, Agent triggers, Intelligence field mapping. We train your team on exactly how to use each feature in their specific role — not a generic walkthrough.

Our Process
How a Breeze AI engagement works
- 01
Audit
We review your Breeze configuration, your data quality, and your current AI usage. You get a written assessment of what's active, what's misconfigured, and what to prioritize before we touch anything.
- 02
Configure
We configure Copilot, Agents, and Intelligence to your business — brand context, workflow triggers, property mapping. Every setting is documented so you know why it was made.
- 03
Integrate
We connect Breeze outputs to your existing workflows — so AI suggestions automatically flow into the right deal stages, contact records, and sequences without extra steps.
- 04
Train and embed
We train each team on the Breeze tools relevant to their role. Not a feature overview — specific use cases for how your team works, in your portal, with your data.
Outcomes
What Breeze AI produces when it's configured correctly
Your team is using Breeze productively within two weeks — not still figuring out what it does
AI output quality improves when Copilot has business context instead of working from defaults
Your team's AI usage becomes systematic — same quality output regardless of who's doing the work
Your HubSpot data gets richer as Intelligence fills gaps your team never had time to fill manually
Leadership gets measurable AI ROI because the usage is tracked, not just encouraged
FAQ
Common questions
Do we need to upgrade our HubSpot tier to use Breeze?
Breeze Copilot is available on all paid HubSpot tiers. Breeze Agents and Breeze Intelligence have different availability depending on your hub and tier. We audit your current subscription as part of the engagement and tell you exactly what you have access to before we start configuring anything.
What's the difference between Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence?
Copilot is an AI assistant that helps with individual tasks — drafting emails, summarizing records, answering questions. Breeze Agents are autonomous AI workers that run multi-step processes like prospecting or customer outreach. Breeze Intelligence enriches your contact and company records automatically. All three work better when configured together.
How is this different from the AI Enablement service?
AI Enablement covers AI across your full tech stack — including tools outside HubSpot like Make, n8n, and custom LLM agents. Breeze AI configuration is HubSpot-native only. If your AI needs live entirely inside HubSpot, Breeze is the right engagement. If you need cross-platform automation or custom agents, we'd scope AI Enablement instead.
What if our data quality is poor — can Breeze still help?
Poor data quality limits what Breeze Intelligence can do — it can enrich records, but it can't fix records that are fundamentally broken or duplicated. We assess data quality as part of the readiness review. If it's below the threshold for Intelligence, we recommend a data cleanup engagement first.
How long does a Breeze AI configuration engagement take?
Most Breeze engagements are complete within two to three weeks from kickoff. The timeline depends on how many tools you're configuring, your data quality, and how many roles you need to train.
