Can naturally pick up on subtle team dynamics and are able to proactively jump in to assuage a concern or just offer a few words of encouragement. This person is also an incredible problem solver. Someone who is strategic, clever, and quick on your feet. You'll be the go-to person when we're trying to figure out a sticky issue.
Here is the vision for the role: To effectively manage the team and will take ownership of all HR matters across the company. This person is the go to person for all employee-related issues. This person will mediate any discrepancy between the employee and the management and link them to have a more harmonious relationship. This person bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.


Here are some of the responsibilities:

 

1. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.


2. Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program.
3. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writingand placing job ads.
4. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
5. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
6. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
7. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
8. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
9. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
